Homeworks are good for students to become master on that particular subject. Its been accepted worlwide that homeworks bring positive results in students on the percentage of students scoring marks in the examinations. Its also observed that too much homework becomes counterproductive for students. A world wide accepted rule for homework is the "10 minute rule", which recommends only just 10 minutes of homework depending on the grade (class). For example, grade 1 (Class I) student can do 10 minutes of homework per day, and class VI can do 60 minutes per day, and so on. Its also observed that secondary students (Class VII to XII) gain more positive results due to homeworks than to the elementary students.
